FORMULATION
Description
- Graffi-Gard is a water based matt finish coating
which gives long term anti-graffiti /antiflyposting
protection to stone, concrete, wood and prepainted surfaces.
- Graffi-Gard is virtually invisible when cured.
- Graffi-Gard is Non Hazardous, Non Flammable and Fully
Biodegradable.
- Graffi-Gard is safe to apply to all cured paint
systems.
Use
- Apply only to clean, dry sound surfaces.
- Make good all loose or flaking paint and friable
mortar.
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply by low pressure spray (preferred method) or
brush.
- Apply 1 coat to all surfaces.

Aplication
- Apply Graffi-Gard by low-pressure pump spray
(preferred method) or brush onto the surface
to be treated at the recommended coverage rate.
- Do
not apply too thickly as this can create a white "bloom"
making removal more difficult.
- Do not apply sealer during rain or if rain is
imminent.
- Do not apply sealer if frost is likely within the
drying time.
- On rough surfaces apply sparingly with a brush. This
stops the sealer collecting in the
"valleys" of the surface and creating runs.
Cleaning
- Clean spillages and equipment with warm soapy water
followed by a clean water rinse before
the coating dries out.
- If the sealer has been allowed to cure onto equipment
then it should be
soaked in graffiti remover overnight, washed in warm soapy water and
rinsed in clean, warm
water.

Removal from Graffi-gard Coated Surfaces
Chemical Clean
- Apply Delta Activator, Delta Graffi-Gel or Delta
Graffi-Sol to affected areas only.
- Allow to act and agitate with a brush, rinse clean
with water.
- Repeat as necessary.
Water
Wash Off
- Remove graffiti by Pressure Washing with HOT Water.
- Start at the top of the graffiti, working
across and downwards.
- Begin with a temperature of 90oC.
- The temperature and/or pressure
can be slowly increased to give optimum removal.
